Christian Valencia, President
Christian Valencia's professional journey began with the Marine Corps, where he embraced leadership, teamwork, and integrity during his over 20 years of service. Following his military career, Christian earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Systems, then excelled in financial management, risk mitigation, and reporting at JP Morgan Chase.
Transitioning to the construction industry, Christian took on the role of Construction Project Manager with CBRE. His fascination with New York City's skyscrapers led him to complete an accredited Construction Management course at Columbia University, sparking his passion for the field. Since then, he has successfully managed major commercial projects, including a 375,000 RSF LEED-certified development and corporate and kitchen studio fit-outs.
Christian has managed budgets exceeding $200M, expertly handling change orders and value engineering to deliver outstanding results. His diverse background and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to our team and a standout in the industry.
Nunzio Petraccoro, Vice President
Nunzio Petraccoro has spent his career under the mentorship of leading figures in the Construction Management industry, gaining invaluable insights and hands-on experience. His extensive work spans across the Construction and Design industries, engaging with Public, Private, Higher Education, Medical, and Non-Profit sectors. This diverse background equips E8 Contracting to tackle the most complex projects with unmatched diligence and expertise.
Inspired by his father and grandfather, after whom he is named, Nunzio attributes his strong work ethic and perseverance to his immigrant heritage. His career trajectory includes notable roles as Vice President at ShapiroCM and M To-Pros Development, where he honed a unique skill set in Architecture, Construction Management, General Construction, and Contract Management.
His leadership and diverse experience ensure that every project is handled with precision and a commitment to excellence, making E8 Contracting a trusted partner for a wide range of clients.
